I’m Jillian, owner of Odessa Hair Company and stylist of 20 years. What I love most is helping women feel quietly confident in their everyday hair. My approach is technical and detail‑oriented, but always grounded in real life—how you style it on a Tuesday morning matters just as much as how it looks when you leave the salon. I care about the health of your hair, walking you through what we’re doing and why, and making sure you never feel rushed or talked over.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me camping, riding my horses, petting my donkeys and dogs, or at a rodeo or horse show. I also love escaping to both the beach and the mountains—which probably explains why I’m drawn to hair that feels easy, effortless, and lived‑in.
